Camping Bungalows Cugnana Portorotondo
1) BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Booking should now clearly indicate:
a) Period of staying included arrival day and departure date
b) Number of persons (adults and children)
c) Choice of bungalow (2 or 4 peoples)
Booking of 30% of the total amount of staying will be accepted if they will arrive
within 10 days from the booking, that will be confirmed in writing.
Difference must be paid at arrival.
2) CANCELLATION
If a booking will be cancelled, the client will have to pay 20% of the amount due from the 60th day from the beginning of stay. No refunds will be given from the 15th day from the beginning of your stay. Reservation price “ no refund formula” is not refundable.
3) CAUTION MONEY
On arrival day the customer will pay, once given the bungalow key, a caution money amount of 200,00 Euro. This will be given back at the end of the stay or an amount will be decucted if there will be damage to the bungalow itself or to any of its equipment.
4) RENOUNCEMENT
No refund will be given to customers who will renounce to the stay once already Started, and in any case, they must pay the full amount of staying.
5) NUMBER OF PERSONS
During your stay you cannot replace or change the number of the people unless authorized by the Management.
6) ASSIGNEMENT
The Management will decide the assignment of the bungalows and the emplacements for the tents. You cannot change it unless authorized by the Management.
7) ORDER CLEANING AND EQUIPMENT
Bungalows will be given in order and cleaned. Customers will leave them in the same order and state so that they can be prepared for the next customers. Besides the equipment of the bungalow you will be given weekly cleaned bed-sheets. Bath towels can be booked at reservation. Towels refresh will be charged at € 8.00 for each set.
8) ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Bungalow: Your stay will start at 5 p.m. on arrival date and end at 10 a.m. on departure day.
Camping: From any hours of arrival day until noon of departure day.
9) NO ARRIVAL
The bungalow will be kept not more than one day. Any change of arrival date must comunicate enough in time to the Management in order to confirm the change.(if possible)
10) MINIMUM STAY
Bungalow rents may have a minimum stay required.
11) 4 PAWS FRIENDS
Your 4 paws friends are welcome at Campsite at no extra cost. Please note that for security reasons we may not accept breeds such as: pitbull-rottweiler-german Sheperd- dobermann.
